Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To qualify for a return:
✅ Your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
✅ You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous or flammable materials
  • Gift cards
  • Digital/downloadable products

Refund Process

  2. Ship Your Item – Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
  3. Inspection & Refund – After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

⚠️ Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from refunds (if applicable).

Late or Missing Refunds?

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your payment provider (processing times may vary).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us immediately at contact@wallmuse.store with order details and photo proof.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are refundable. Discounted or sale items are final sale.

Gift Returns

  • If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund goes to the original buyer.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for valuable items—we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
